Excellent room, breakfast, location. Neil and Sue are super-friendly, which makes such a big difference when you're staying somewhere. The building is typical of Harrogate, traditional solid Yorkshire stone, and beautifully decorated. There are dozens if not hundreds of restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

Room was beautiful, didn't stay for the breakfast because we had other plans but definitely will do next time.

Everything was perfect, from the moment you approach with the well manicured garden to getting into your sumptuous cloud-like bed, every detail is covered. Sue is so welcoming and the house is a 10 minute walk away from the town centre. We would love to come back again!
