We were lucky to get this apartment for a good price and in a such great location. It’s located in the old town where the sea, sightseeings, restaurants are within a walking distance. It had pretty much everything: facilities, utensils, kitchen, etc. The hostess is super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it for a short stay in Zadar :)
We got an apartment on the ground floor, so the view we have got was just another opposite building, and we were not very comfortable to keep windows open as we’ll be exposed to people passing by in that quite busy area. I would personally prefer a better view. But everything else was perfect :)

Loved all the facilities. The washing machine was such an added bonus! Shower was good and the little kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
We stayed on the ground floor so there was no windows apart from a little one that looked into the street. Not a problem for us but I would try and get a room higher up.

The location is perfectly in the center. Lots of restaurants around.
The apartment has a washing machine, a TV, and all kitchen appliances.
The entrance door to the apartment is sooooo thin, every step from the stairs is hearable as if it is in your room. Every morning around 7 am, two ladies loudly stepped on the stairs, and it was incredibly loud. And all walls are thin too.
The bed had termites, I guess! Because every night we heard loud, noisy sounds from the head of the bed, like little bugs were eating the bed. It was so disgusting.
