Posthotel

The apartment was big enough for three people: two bedrooms, living room with a sofa and a comfortable chair, a kitchen and a very bright bathroom with all amenities. Very proper, the host was very helpful, but doesn't speak English, so communication wasn't easy.

I am very disappointed with the hotel’s customer service. After my stay, I realized that I had left my earrings on the cupboard next to the bed in the room. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to ask about them, but nobody replied to my message and nobody returned the earrings to me. I understand that guests can forget personal items, but I expected at least a response or some effort to check the room and help me. Unfortunately, the lack of communication made the situation very frustrating. This experience left me with a negative impression of the hotel.

Quiet and I loved the beautiful Mountain View. There is not much to do in the village but it’s a 30 min drive to Cochem

We had the attic appartement. My daughters loved the flowery wallpaper and purple colors. It’s very private, spacious and clean

L'endroit est très propre. Les environs sont calmes et permettent de relaxer. Plusieurs bons petits restos et les thermes sont facilement accessibles.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten waren durchgelegen und sehr unbequem.
