The apartment was big enough and well equipped. The owner checked us in around 23.00
1. Communication and non-responsiveness issues (the owner does not speak English and we don't speak German) (We could not get answer for our date change requests).
2. There was a WiFi problem and we could not see any effort to solve it.
Details:
1. We tried to change our staying dates after we booked, but because of partially refund policy, we had to contact with the hotel. I called her, but we could not understand each other. After that I sent two emails in German, but still no answer. The last day I got a negative answer. So we could not change our travel plans. As a result, we found the owner non-responsive.
2. During our stay, I asked for the WiFi password and tried to connect. I saw the WiFi (WLAN-Posthotel_EXT, typed the password, but there was an error with a message "No internet connection" (see the attached picture). I advised her to restart the modem, and she advised me to go down to the first floor hallway and use the other connection :), instead of restarting the modem (which is actually not a technical issue) . My cellphone was even in Edge connection (mostly no connection). So without internet it was really boring.
