About this apartment rental
The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The large plot around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around. A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity.
The spacious apartment EifelNatur 2 "Weinfelder Maar" is on the first floor of the house. Due to the separate rear entrance, which allows direct access to the property and parking for your car, the apartment has the appearance of a ground floor location.
The south-facing balcony and the terrace with charcoal grill and garden seating invite you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace behind the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing, slide and climbing frame as well as seating.
In bad weather, the open fireplace in the large living / dining room with flickering log fire offers a nice feel-good atmosphere.
Thanks to our bread service, you can enjoy delicious, crispy bread rolls at breakfast - a better way to start your vacation!
With our fresh fruit basket with seasonal fruits, which we have prepared for you as a welcome, we would like to ensure a healthy and pleasant stay in our house.

Sehr schöne Urlaub. Schönes geräumiges Haus. Und es gibt wirklich viel zu sehen in der Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist in einem 3 Parteien Haus. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden (außer Föhn und Spülmaschine). Es ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig, Wohn- und Esszimmer auch. Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend. Die Gegend ist dörflich, gut zum Wandern. Läden gibts nicht im Dorf, zum einkaufen muss man ins nächste Dorf (etwa 5 km). Mein Handy hatte keinen Empfang, aber es gibt WLAN (5€ pauschal für den gesamten Aufenthalt ). Wir waren mit 4 Leuten hier, alle um die 50. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend :-)

Woning (middelste woonlaag) is in jaren 70 stijl en deed daarom gedateerd aan. De woning is ruim van opzet en onze woonlaag bood toegang via de voordeur, keuken en twee van de drie slaapkamers. Het heeft een badkamer met douche en nog een aparte doucheruimte. Bij aankomst stond er een gevulde fruitmand en in de eerste koffie en theebehoefte was ook voorzien. In de kelder staat frisdrank en wijn die je kunt gebruiken. De bijkomende faciliteiten zoals het biljart en de tafeltennistafel (buiten) zijn beide krom en daardoor niet echt bruikbaar. Er is ook een sauna en fitness apparaat, die hebben we echter niet gebruikt. De eigenaren zijn heel servicegericht en zorgen voor verse broodjes, eieren, drank en andere benodigdheden die je elke dag via een bestellijst kun opgeven. Er is informatie in de woning m.b.t. restaurants, winkels en belangrijke telefoonnummers. De ligging van de woning is zoals de foto laat zien, aan de rand van het kleine dorpen, tussen de bomen. Het is daar zeer rustig en in de buurt enkele vulkaanmeren (maren). De woning heeft naar onze mening een goede ligging om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor de bezoekjes aan de omliggende natuur, kastelen etc. Hou er wel rekening mee dat op maandag veel restaurants in de regio gesloten zijn (rustdag). Hoewel de woning wel een kleine opfrisbeurt kan gebruiken, zou ik deze toch wel aanraden aan vrienden of familie.
