About this house rental
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Upon arrival, we were mesmerized by the view. The cabin like feel immediately made it feel like home. The wifi and the a/c were not working due to the storm last week, but because the weather was so nice, it wasn't even needed. We enjoyed our stay with family and friends. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful views from both decks, lots of room for a family of ten, loved the hot tub. Has an Old Tahoe feeling and updated kitchen and baths. No soap in the showers and no tissues in bathrooms, plus some dust and cobwebs around a window or two. Broken shade in dining area. Nice easy walk to the beach.

Great location very responsive staff house has amazing views.that being said the house cleanliness is lacking.lights are out.cob webs are a plenty. Hot tub is not working properly. Garbage was overflowing when we arrived. Drains are not flowing properly. House needs a deep cleaning inside and out and some TLC. Decks are dirty and covered in pine needles.
