La Ginestra nos ha parecido una casa confortable y agradable. Aparte de la buena ubicación (prácticamente en el centro del casco histórico), dispone de todos los utensilios y enseres para pasar unos días con comodidad. Especial mención merece la anfitriona de la casa. La señora Averena ha sido muy amable con nosotros, y ha estado atenta y disponible para cualquier necesidad o eventualidad. Una vivienda totalmente recomendable.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl um die Stadt zu erkunden als auch für Ausflüge in das Val d'Orcia.
Alles war sehr sauber, wenn auch die Kücheneinrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Das Haus war ungemütlich kalt, die Fenster sind einfach verglast. Wir sind Anfang Oktober dort gewesen, bei Außentemperaturen in der Nacht von 5 Grad. Die Vermieterin erklärte uns, dass sie die Heizung auf behördliche Anordnung erst ab Ende des Monats anstellen darf. Für Oktober würde ich das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale, in pochi secondi si raggiunge il centro di Pienza.

Delightful small house in a great location in the very centre of Pienza centro storico. I was met by the hostess in the street outside who showed me round. Very comfortable space with well equipped kitchen and modern shower room. Very quiet at night which was a real bonus. Just to note that the hosts speak very little English so some knowledge of Italian would be helpful if staying here.
The house is split onto 3 levels and I did find the stairs quite tricky. The property wouldn't suit mobility-impaired guests.

"Cute maisonette, a short walk to the cathedral of Pienza. The host is lovely. The kitchen is useful. There is also an electric oven for quick meals. I hope to return."
