This place doesn’t know how to deal with the online booking system and the staff was rude, when they got some problems with payment processing, they just sent messages and said I didn’t pay the bills and put me on ‘no show’. No apologies afterwards. They have no flexible approach to problem-solving and customer service. Why don’t they just focus on their restaurant business instead of running a hotel?

My wife took a bath around 11pm, and it suddenly gone out of water in the middle of the bath. Called for help but staff was in her bed already. No curtain in your bath that make the toilet all wet.
