- Super friendly and helpful host (Thank you Cinzia for the early check-in!) - Beautiful apartment with lovely view into the green backyard, felt like home - Breakfast included (though not part of the booking?) - Conveniently located (plenty of public transit options, 20 min walk to the European quarter)
I loved it. People who are looking for an "international standard hotel room experience" will *maybe* not like it, but, guess what, they don't deserve it either.

First of all, I really love the location of the apartment a lot! Although the nearest metro station - Josephine Charlotte is approximately 7 stations away from the city centre of Brussels, it is good enough for me to connect to the city centre and to access the station connected to the railway using their public transport card. Because Josephine Charlotte is mostly a quiet residential area away from the bustle of Brussels' city centre, I get to enjoy a high level of privacy, peace and quietness when I retreat to the apartment in the middle of the day for a short rest. There are also quite a diverse range of food options near the apartment that I can choose from if I did not feel like going back to the city centre just for a meal. Cinzia, the owner of the apartment is extremely hospitable and friendly throughout my stay at the apartment. She was well-prepared to guide me through everything that is made available for me at the apartment - from the complimentary breakfast provided every morning to the seamless check-in and check-out process which she has communicated to me well in advance by messaging me through this website. The facilities available in the room were amazing and exceeded my expectations too! Almost everything that I didn't realize I need or that I didn't expect would be available to me were there! I thought that I had to find breakfast options somewhere for myself but Cinzia would provide fresh bread and pastries that I can consume for breakfast the next day morning, not to mention other food items already available inside the apartment that I can freely help myself to - coffee machine capsules, tea sachets, cereal, fresh milk, fruit jam, butter, and even Biscoff biscuits which are my favourite!
I may sound like this apartment is perfect, but no property is perfect of course. If I have to really identify one thing that I don't like about the apartment, it would be the shower. It took very long for the freezing cold water to heat up and for the water temperature to be adjusted to the optimal temperature after switching to maximum heat. Because of that, I have to be sure to cater more time for showering. However, this is not new as I encounter this during my stays at other cities as well. It's hard to find a stay with a shower that is easy to use. Also, I realized that the name of the Wifi network displayed in the apartment (at the living room right next to the apartment door) is actually not the name of the Wifi network that comes up in my phone when I turned on Wifi. The name that comes up in my phone is Proximus something, and the name that is displayed inside the apartment is completely different, Guest Kynthos Wifi QRC or something. Because the name is completely different, I wasted some time waiting to connect to the Wifi because I didn't know that the Wifi network was already detected by my phone. Might be good to double-check the name of the Wifi network that comes up in the phone when guests turn on their Wifi when you display the Wifi network in the apartment so that we know for sure that it is the correct Wifi. I only realized that it is the correct one after entering the Wifi password given just to try.
