This small hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff - and a really good breakfast. We especially liked the fresh ginger shots. Sound-proofing was good given the location. It is very convenient for Midi station, just a few steps away.
It would hav been better to have a room at the back pf the hotel as the front is just over the road from the trains.

It’s next to the train station what I knew but didn’t knew it was really that loud we could here police trains cars people screaming…
