The apartment is lovely, it is in a great and convenient location. Most of all, the owners were very responsive and Antonella went above and beyond to help us with issues we had not related to our lodging.
The stairs to get to the 4th floor, but then it’s Europe.

The location of apartments is absolutely great. Everything is within walking distance - I never used public transport to get to main Florence places of interest and same time apartments are in a street out of tourists noise. The rooms were great, you'll find everything you need to spend comfortably vocations. Stefan, the owner, is great: helpfull, gave usefull info what to visit, where to buy. Stefan agreed even store my luggage after my stay at his place since my train was in late evening. 10 points without any hasitation!

Clean apartment, tidy, in quiet location, close to the city center
There is missing glasses for more people. But it isnt claim. Very easy to improve it.

The flat was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florence. The accomodation is in an ideal/lovely location, close to bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the City Centre. Stefano is a very kind and accomodating host. He provided us with all the information we needed to travel from the airport to the flat and with maps, recommendations and tips to make the most of the city!
The flat was spacious, clean and fully equipped!

No negative comments to make ! Everything was great. The surrounding noise from other flats can be a bit loud at times, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the quality of the stay.
