We love everything. Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The location was amazing. The perfect place to stay for our visit to the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi. It was close to stores, church, restaurants, market, trattorias, cafes and bars. It's located within walking distance from the train station and buses. The area is super safe. It's a quiet town with everything that you would need. Everyone in town is so nice and helpful. Giulio, the owner and his friend Yuri, that provided us with transportation from and to the train station, at our arrival and departure were excellent Ambassadors of Spello.They went above and beyond to help us out when we missed our train stop at Spello and end up in Assisi. We loved our experience so much that God willing we will be back next year, if not sooner.

Posizione top parte alta di Spello, park gratuito a 300 m; ambiente: antica chiesa ristrutturata, suggestiva con stile. Arredamento in stile, di classe. Servizio igienico valido.
Diciamo che gli scalini per salire sono problematici, portando valigie grandi, molto ripidi, però fanno parte delle caratteristiche dell’appartamento quindi tutto sommato non è un vero difetto.
Assenza di uno specchio per controllare l’outfit (commento delle donne). Farei anche un piccolo appunto alla dotazione della cucina, posate e pentole, moka, insomma un po’ fatiscenti ma insomma niente di grave.
