We had a great stay in Spello. The house/apartment was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for four nights. We ate out and cooked in. Parking for La Casa di MonAmi is free and quite convenient at the bottom of the road, but keep in mind, as others have reminded, that Spello is a hill town. It is beautiful and worth the visit. But that first climb up the hill with our carry-on sized bags was still surprising, only because we were unfamiliar with the Spello terrain. We mention it here just so others are aware, but, presuming your knees are good, it shouldn’t deter you! The view shown in the photo is real. Antonella is a lovely hostess. So nice and communicative, and willing to help or answer any questions. If we find ourselves in Spello again, we would look to stay here.

The view was amazing. The home was very pleasant and comfortable. Easy, even for older women, to get to the town piazza.
The front stairs are intimidating.

A comfortable house.
Owner is a bit obsessive. Kitchen equipment needs replacing. Second bedroom is tiny.
