It was a very generous breakfast with plenty of options and served at a time to suit us. There were plenty of interesting things to look at indoors. The heating was great.
This place is almost perfect. The only drawback is the traffic noise early in the morning which the hosts can do nothing about.

This is honestly one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed! Annie and Peter were so lovely and the whole place was amazingly prepared and presented. We stayed for four nights and loved every one of them. Huge, comfortable bed, great coffee with milk frother and all the of the attention to detail exceeded anything we could have hoped for! Wish there was another rating section for Peter's breakfast because that would also be a 10/10!

Everything here at Annies was great! Owners were very nice and welcoming, breakfast was awesome. Regret staying only one night. Incredible value for money. Would be a really nice place to stay with a larger group even, lots of space to accommodate a few people. Would definitely stay here again for easy access to Matakana

Very well appointed, comfy bed, awesome breakfast, cosy atmosphere, lovely outdoor area.
Hard to find at night due to darkness. A bit of traffic noise from the hay, but not too bad.
