Location, facilities.
Old and tired, some new aspects but outweighed by the dinginess. Needs a good clean and repairs required. Quilts stained, not shown how to use the heater, was berry cold.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable.the shared kitchen and bathroom were of exceptional quality.
The incredibly loud music from the DJ in the bar lasted until 0200. You expect some noise when booking a room above a pub but this was floor shakingly loud.
