Perfect for my solo three full day stay in Bern. Comfortable. All I needed to please myself whether to eat out or in.
Hot water was not very warm around 9-10 on first two mornings (bit of a chilly shower).

The own provided Bern Ticket which was really great. Location is excellent.
No lift (I had to carry my two pieces of luggage up and down). Need some Einstein intelligence to find some light switches and to remember bring matches to use the gas stove. TV is not easy to use to access YouTube.

Great apartment in a perfect location. Such a nice change from a hotel having a bit more space and a full kitchen, but without compromising on location or safety at all. Walking distance to the central train station and all major sites within the city. Would not recommend more highly!

Great location in the old town, clean, decent bed, presence of a kitchen. Host Valerie seemed responsive and checked with me during my stay to see if I wanted fresh towels and trash pick-up, as I was staying longer than a week.
Shower water temperature fluctuated wildly -- it was often too cold and sometimes too hot; no wardrobe or dresser to store clothing during stay (though there was a small sort of rack to hang some clothes); noisy neighbours in building during night-time hours (even quite late), kitchen was not well equipped -- no bowls, very few cooking utensils and pots.
