Location, location, location. super easy to get around with the train which stops right around the corner. Host super friendly and fast to respond. Appartment is very well kept in shape.
Very noisy neighbours above and nextdoor. Upstairs neighbour has a dog which makes alot of noise.

The apartment is heated only with air conditioning, but the air conditioning in the main room did not work due to a malfunction of the remote control. The host did not prove himself as he handled our complaint poorly and until the end of our stay, in six days, he failed to provide the required remote control for the air conditioning. So we were without the main heating unit and it was cold.
When I suggested to the host that he refund us one night as compensation for this problems, he said that we should contact Booking about this. I did, but Booking informed me that they had not been able to contact the owner in two months. Because he is completely unresponsive!? :(
As can be seen from the photos, sitting on the balcony is not very pleasant because there are three air conditioning units installed there. So when you sit on the balcony, warm air from the external air conditioning units blows into your face. It's also loud because of the sounds of air conditioning.
