Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, children’s play area and market you’ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuela’s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Just a few steps more and you’re on La Carihuela’s 2.1 Kilometer beach where you can promenade on the Paseo, eat at one of Carihuela’s famous Chiringuitos or just bask in the sun. A further refresh of the apartment has just been undertaken (January2023 ) which includes the whole apartment repainted and new linens in both the master bedroom and front room and a change in the furniture which includes new and reconfigured .Please note all linens and towels are replaced as a matter of course at regular intervals so all should feel fresh and new ! Fiber optic internet is included for unlimited access to accommodate your teenagers! Windows on three sides afford fabulous views of the sea and mountains with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony.

This was our first time renting an apartment but everything was just perfect. The host, Theresa, even arranged a complimentary pick up from the airport. We look forward to returing.

It is always a pleasure to visit this property. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location with spectacular views. The host is lovely and very attentive.Highly recommend.
