L'emplacement, le calme, la vue magnifique. Le parking sécurisé vraiment appréciable. Le jardin et les alentours de la maison très entretenu.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura, proprietari gentili e disponibili..appartamento grande, ampio giardino recintato, ideale x chi ha bambini. Posizione comoda, a 6 minuti da Alba
Consiglierei ai proprietari un po' di manutenzione x quanto riguarda infissi ( finestra e balcone zona giorno che fa fatica a chiudersi) e alla cucina stessa (ante e sportelli), dettagli risolvibili che renderebbero l'appartamento perfetto

Innanzitutto la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Rosangela La posizione su una collina con vista langhe e vicinanza ad Alba . Il casale di campagna veramente bellissimo e accogliente ( vorrei avere una casa così anche io in campagna) Una gattina tigrata che penso fosse dei proprietari ci ha accolto con fusa e miagolii 🥰🥰 noi amiamo i gatti Totale relax in mezzo alla natura Ci torneremo sicuramente
