We had a fabulous time at the apartment. This is a real gem! Very centrally located and a short walking distance to many great bars, cafes and restaurants. Silvio was always readily available when we contacted him. He was most helpful. Everything was spotless in a charming building with so much character. We were a family of 4 adults and found the place extremely comfortable. All beds had excellent mattresses and pillows. Heating was excellent. There is a washing machine, microwave and an espresso coffee maker as well as a pod machine. There is also a clothes drying rack. Beautiful bathroom with a well functioning shower. Well equipped kitchen. A beautiful apartment in a quiet environment, and yet only a few metres from all the action. It was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

On the positive side, the place was quiet and centrally located, which I appreciated. Communication with the host was smooth, and the kitchen was well-equipped, including some thoughtful touches like water, juice, snacks, and coffee - a nice gesture that didn’t go unnoticed.
Unfortunately, there were several important aspects that did not meet my expectations. The mattress was uncomfortable, with very noisy springs that disturbed my sleep, and the bedding itself was quite unpleasant to use. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent and unpredictable.
Considering the price and rating of the accommodation, I did not expect such issues. For reference, I’ve previously stayed in significantly better places in Cuneo at a lower cost. I must say I’m quite disappointed with the value received for the amount paid.
