We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is just crossing the street from the station which makes the days in Milan very accessible . Metro and bus at the door. Staff are very nice and responsive. Room has the view of Milan station yet very quiet

Top location right across the Milan central station. Our room has very nice view of the station but very quiet. Staff are very nice . We had our room with no wifi connection, the staff were very responsive . The problem was solved quickly.

Perfect location. Very comforable beds. Room is very silent, I didn't hear any noises from the corridor.
Closet door a bit stuck. The shower water had way too much pressure. Breakfast could include fresh juice and more fruit.
