The room is good on the 5th floor but there is no security man so the guest’s try to attack my mom but no body control the situation the lift need maintenance

I stayed in a hotel room with a great location and friendly, smiling staff. However, I faced some issues with the bathroom. The hot water had very low pressure—just a few drops—and despite informing the staff, no action was taken during my stay. Additionally, the hose for the WC was broken, which was inconvenient. Overall, the service and location were good, but the maintenance needs improvement.
