Small room but very well equipped. Everything was available including plates, bowls, cutting board, sharp knife and fridge. Same goes for toilet which had everything you need from towels to toothbrushes. The host was super helpful and friendly. We had our flight scheduled for evening and Verena allowed us to stay for how long we needed.
The host has done everything possible to mitigate the sound of loud music. Unfortunately there is a party street outside so be prepared or take earplugs with you. It’s manageable but be aware of it if you are sensitive to noise.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Old Town Zadar.
It was great to have a mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfy.
The balcony was big and nicely set out.
There were maps, leaflets for things to do, and extra toiletries in the corridor which was a lovely touch.
Communication ahead of arriving was great too, and they allowed us to store our bags after we checked out.
Extra pillows. We ended up using the cushions as under pillows.
We could have done with a few more coat hangers.
A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice (but wasn't a big issue).

It was very confortable and perfectly clean. The location is top great in the heart of the old town. Strongly recommend!
