I would definitely recommend if you want a place close to the passenger ferry and all sights and amenities . Ticket agency just round the corner and ferry just 5minutes away no stairs or slopes.
Don't expect a view if you take inner room .
I was not expecting a place called Luxury Room to have all wall plug sockets hanging out with wires showing. Only one was slightly better but even that was loose. I am no safety officer but it seems like a highly dangerous situation and potentially a fire hazard. My phone charger also became extremely hot so i didn't charge again. I informed owner but despite reassurance i did not feel that these plugs were safe.
