The apartment and its location are wonderful. Plenty of space and a beautiful view of the spectacular duomo from the balcony doors. The appliances worked well and the washing machine was a big help on a long trip in Italy. Tea and coffee provided. Heating was efficient, when needed on a cool evening.
No toaster or tongs, in an otherwise well equipped kitchen. A few additional basic pantry staples would improve the stay. Shower cubicle is very tight. No toilet roll holder. Communication from owner could be improved.
None of this should prevent a booking, and we would certainly book again.

The property was an incredible location with beautiful views of the Duomo. Enjoyed the terrace day and night for people watching . If I was returning to Orvieto , I would stay in a heartbeat!
We were with another couple and my wife and I stayed in the room with mini-twin beds. Very uncomfortable! They need to be replaced with either real twin beds or a queen.
