Villa Angelina

Vila vypadala lépe než na fotkách. Poskytuje skvělé zázemí i soukromí pro vlastní skupinové aktivity. :-) Při příjezdu na nás majitelé čekali až do ranních hodin protože náš let měl zpoždění...byli jsme všichni už unaveni, ale přesto jsme to společně zvládli :-) Ve vile jsme měli připravené i něco k jídlu než si nakoupíme.

Nebylo nám úplně jasné, kam všude můžeme odnášet odpadky a zda-li máme třídit alespoň plasty...

Prime location, restaurants a short stride, beach at the end of the garden, water sports on the beach behind the back gate! The house has everything needed and the black out shutters and aircon meant every day we woke when we were ready too. Sleeps many in three double rooms and a room of three singles, granted one double is in an annexe but it's still in the house and gave one couple an opportunity to escape a little more for rest. The hosts were exceptional with greeting us and when we left, they love their house and hope guests respect it which we did. The garden is beautiful and big, a green lawn isn't just for the brochure, it's lush and you can sit at a different table every day there's so many. Pool is a good size and deep, refreshing on every hot day with many loungers. At night the timed lights make the house and garden stunning. We sampled many many restaurants for lunch and dinner, there's probably a dozen and all within about 250m of the villa and all great, some restaurant owners said villa Angelina was the best villa in town! You are spoilt for water sports, all on your doorstep (literally). We jet skied, parasailed, hired a boat and captain for 2hrs, also got a ferry to Lindos round the corner for the acropolis, cover, restaurants, quaint shops down its narrow streets, even a donkey ride up the hill. For what we needed, two families with teenage and adult kids each, couldn't have been more perfect.

There isn't really anything to say negative about the villa. Local shops could sell more to eat at the house, would've loved a barbecue but we had no car to get to a grocery store. Buses are good but Rhodes old town was a little too far for a day trip, maybe another time.

Wonderful spacious and comfortable villa with direct access to beach and large enough to accommodate our two families. Excellent pool with large patio seating area and substantial BBQ/bar area. The very nice couple who own the villa (Angelina and Harris) welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the necessary information. The outside (heated) shower and toilet facilities next to the pool area were an added bonus. A range of watersports were available on the adjacent beach including parasailing, which was reasonably priced and well run by a professional and fun team. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Kanaloa beach bar/restaurant was our clear favorite for an evening meal when we didn't BBQ.

The pool is perfect for families and the attention to detail all around the villa shows how hard Angelina and Harris work to provide a perfect holiday home! The Location is fab with water sports at the bottom of the garden! And with Pefkos and Lindos only a 5 and 10 mins drive away you have a spoil of golden beaches, crystal waters and picture perfect restaurants to choose from! 😊
