雨が降ったせいで、夜寒くなり毛布が欲しかったが2人でシングルの毛布が一枚しかなかった。

Spacious apartment about 15 minutes walk from the central bus terminal with even closer bus stops going to the old town. A great base outside of the Old Town for discovering Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The apartment was well equipped, air conditioned with good wi-fi, and quiet at night. Roberta was also a very gracious hostess. Everything about our stay here went smoothly and easily; it made our time in Dubrovnik very enjoyable because in such a busy city, it feels like coming back to an oasis at the end of the day.
Nothing—definitely one of the best apartments for value we’ve stayed in during our holiday.

The location was amazing, right next to the shopping mall and next to the Gruz port.
I messaged the owner during our stay to say that there were ants everywhere. They were crawling in the toilet room around the shower floor, kitchen counter, living room, and on the couch, therefore we weren't able to utilize the couch because the ants kept crawling on us. I also restated at the end to the wife owner that I didn't feel like they did enough to deal with the ants. The owner claimed that she cleaned up the ants, but even if she did, the ants kept coming in from I have no idea where, it was like the apartment was infested with ants. The fact that the air conditioner was located in the living room, made the bedroom extremely hot. Even if you tried to sleep with the windows open the heat was unbearable along with the loud noises from outside and bugs coming in. The beds themselves, were hard as a rock, could not get a good night's sleep since the beds were so hard, we woke up with body pains. Owner promised a late check out at 12pm during our original correspondence weeks before check in, them when we met with the wife she said no, and that check out was at 10am. We were still packing our belongings at 9:30am still and the wife comes and continuously bangs on the door while we're packing and showering to get ready to leave. I had to tell her repeatedly at least 6 times that we weren't ready yet and still gathering our belongings. She continued to bang on the door and ask us to open the door when I said we were showering and such she still did not listen which was very inconsiderate. We agreed to a 10am check out, not 9:30am. This felt like an invasion of privacy esp. since my bf was still showering. When we finally did open the door at 9:50am to leave she said that she wanted to come at 9:30am to get started on cleaning. I then told her that we agreed to a 10am check out, not 9:30am.
