Federica war super nett und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Lage ist absolut toll, direkt in der Altstadt. Vom Parkplatz den uns Federica genannt hat kommt man mit den Rolltreppen und einigen Schritten zum Appartment. Zur Abreise bin ich mit dem Auto vorgefallen, das sollten aber nur Fahrer machen, die mit engen italienischen Innenstädten vertraut sind. Es wird eng 😉
Das Appartment ist sehr schön und zur Erkundung von Perugia bestens geeignet.
Es gibt keine erwähnenswerten Mängel. Für Selvstversorgung mit Kochen, ist die Küche etwas eng, aber für uns war das kein Problem

Great location! Just behind Sina Brufani, easy walking distance to all the venues for jazz festival .
The Appartment is very spacious with kitchenette and the necessity utensils.
Federica, the owner, is very helpful and informative. I have asked her many questions prior to our arrival and she always respond promptly.
There’s a great restaurant only a few doors away from the property serves typical Umbrian food with excellent service.
The paid underground parking is 5 minutes away through the escalator.
