Very well located nearby Cinquantenaire Parc and Merode metro station, clean and quiet.
The hot water was not available some hours due to repairs but was fixed as informed.

Great location, easy entry even with late check-in, clean, neat, spacious
The shower water temperature was cool rather than warm. I could not make it hotter no matter how much I turned the nob. Maybe it's a Brussels thing.
No ventilation in the restroom, which is odd.

I liked that it was a very bright room - many windows and that it was quiet. The shower was excellent and it was nice to have a small kitchen. Although it is a little bit outside the EU-quarter (where I had to be for work) I was still able to walk to all the places I needed to be (so not too far away)

The apartment was clean and cozy. Had all that was needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest.
The warm water in the shower was on and off, not a pleasant experience at all. We had to keep the warm water on at the sink also, for the device to feel the flow and to warm the water continuously. Of course there was no pressure and flow at the shower, when doing that, but at least the water that was running in the shower was warm.
