The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the city center and many tourist attractions. The room is spacious, equipped with everything you need, and the host is responsive and willing to reply to messages.
Since I stayed in March, the weather outside was rather cool and the room was a bit chilly, but not uncomfortable. The host kindly explained that there is a limit to how much a residence can be heated—up to 21°C—according to regulations set by the local authorities.

Very well located, comfortable apartment, with everything we needed, and even more.
Free luggage storage (on the day of check in and check out) was also a blessing as we arrived early to Bologna.
It was a clean and warm apartment, spacious, the bed was comfortable.
We had coffee capsules, tea, TP plenty, shampoo (the shower gel was missing as the container was broken)..
Good value for the money.
Everything was within walking distance.
Instructions clear.

Clear detailed instructions for how to enter property.
The door lock was kind of wobbly and we were a little uncertain, at first, if it was working right. Ultimately, it seemed VERY secure. Just difficult to operate.

Very clean and quiet. Good location.
The setup of the apartment was not ideal. The bed was short and not comfy. There was NO view from the room -- the space described as a courtyard is not a courtyard.
