*L'un des volets roulant du séjour ne fonctionnait pas, comme il faisait très froid nous aurions eu envie de fermer les volets le soir pour garder la chaleur. Heureusement, il y avait un radiateur électrique dans l'armoire.

*Des poignées sur les portes des WC et salle de bain auraient été appréciables
*Pas de produit pour la douche
*Produit vaisselle était quasiment vide

Magnifique vue sur la citadelle.
L'emplacement du bien nous a permis d'aller en centre ville à pied et d'être proche de la citadelle.
Appartement avec une trés belle cuisine aménagée avec de l'électroménager de marque
Le parking en sous-sol évitant de payer l'emplacement devant la résidence

La difficulté pour fermer les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain, une poignée à l'intérieur serait bienvenue et un système de fermeture.
L'absence de lampe de chevet et de table de nuit dans une des chambres.
La serrure avec digicode à l'entrée
Le bruit de la circulation et du train la nuit.

The apartment had nice views of the old city , the river and the citadel. There were balconies where you could relax and enjoy the views
There was no communication from the owner until we arrived. We asked twice for details on how to access the apartment but to no avail. Eventually we received a 11 digit code to access the apartment but no answer to how we gain access to the building. Having arrived we phoned the owner who then told us there was a key safe on the fence next to the the building front door and she gave us the code to open the the key safe. Why we should have to enter a11 digit code into a door lock is beyond my comprehension as normally 4 digits or 6 would be reasonable. Every time we tried to enter the apartment we had to enter this 11 digit code . Go figure!! On entering the apartment we found that the internet and the TV were not working. We text the owner for the internet code and we were given the wrong code. The next morning we found the router for the internet and the code on it so we could use it. We found the TV would not work as the cable to the power board was to short and could not be connected unless we took the power board out of the cupboard. As previous guests have stated the sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet had no handles and the toilet door was very difficult to close. There were no instructions for the apartment and having to put the 11 digit code to open the front door of the apartment we find that the lock to the sliding doors to the balcony was broken so that any determined thief could have got in that way. We have travelled with booking.com and airbnb for the last 10 years . We are recognised as a genius 3 member with booking.com and we have an excellent profile with airbnb. This is the first time we have used booking.com for booking an apartment and we have always been happy with the hotels in the past that we have booked with them. Therefore can we suggest that you booking.com do more due diligence with the owners of these apartments and that they come up to the excellent standards that we have had with airbnb
