Ausgangslage: 6 Erwachsene, 3 kleinere Kinder / 1 Woche über Silvester zu 3.730 Euro Pro: Ruhige Siedlung, etwas erhöht, nur 10 Minuten ins top Skigebiet Kreischberg, Schlittenberg direkt vor der Tür. Der Gasofen mit offener Flamme sorgt für eine tolle Wärme im ganzen Haus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Grundsätzlich ist alles da was man braucht. Parken direkt am Haus. Der Preis von 60 Euro pro Person und Nacht wäre ok wenn man die Punkte unter Contra beheben würde.
Contra: Geschirrspüler reinigt schlecht = Nachspülen erforderlich. Duschkabine unten schließt nicht ganz. Die Sauna ist eine Fehlkonstruktion: Sauna zu hoch = Hitze ist hauptsächlich ausser Reichweite, zudem geht nur eine Heizspule von drei, daher benötigt die Sauna mindestens 3 Stunden für 60 Grad. Liegend ist in der Sauna nur Platz für zwei. Für unsere Gruppengröße fast etwas klein. Der Duschkopf im oberen Bad spitzt in alle Richtungen. Die Schranktüren klemmen teilweise. Das Haus ist unglaublich hellhörig. Grundsätzlich ist alles etwas abgenutzt. Aber das schlimmste war der Schweiß Geruch im Dreibettzimmer.

De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Bij goed weer ook een mooie ligging. Als het veel gesneeuwd heeft is het misschien lastiger om de heuvel op te rijden zonder sneeuwkettingen.

Tökéletes környezet, csend. Jól felszerelt hangulatosan kialakított ház. Imádtuk a kandallót.
A szekrényekből a hálószobákban hiányoltuk a polcot.
