Beautiful hotel with fantastic wellness and spa facilities. Staff are friendly and accommodating to requests. This is our second stay and like it just as much with unique styling of each room. A lovely walk along the promenade to the old town.....especially after indulging in such an amazing breakfast offering. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! Spending 4 nights here, we were greeted by a porter who took our bags to our room and parked our car.
We went during the off season so didn’t get to see the beach in full flow but the fascilities were excellent, from complementary use of the spa, indoor pool and gym, to the breakfast buffet.
The staff were very kind and friendly.
Our only downer on the holiday was staying in a room at the rear of the hotel over looking the road. Also on our last night, we noticed the aircon seemed to be fixed on heating. Upon speaking to reception this is a common thing at this time of the year as the weather turns. We had no communication prior this was happening and left us with a final night that was restless due to the heat in the room and the noise from the traffic as we opened the balcony to cool down.

Great location, nice beach with two pools ( one for babies). Two very good restaurants on site.
The only con would be the outsourced spa set up which is provided by a Russian lady - offers hair and nail and couldn’t get a pedicure appointment in a whole week which is a very poor service for a 5 star hotel

The property offers exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff and top class facilities. Breakfast was great, and we made use of the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Overall everything is well maintained, up to date and in a great location on the marina.
