La posizione, a meno di dieci minuti da un grande parcheggio gratuito e dal centro di Ferrara e la gentilezza dello staff.
La stanza a noi riservata era esattamente davanti alla zone colazione, quindi piuttosto rumorosa la mattina; la stanza era fornita di una TV da 24”, praticamente uno schermo da pc…si poteva fare qualcosa di meglio…

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione per chi desidera godere a piedi del centro di Ferrara.
Letto molto comodo, la camera era molto pulita e accogliente.
Per chi soggiorna nell’edificio separato di Ferrara Rooms, si è immersi in una stanza che ha un fascino storico non indifferente.
Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check out, in modo da essere più leggeri per le ultime visite in città.
Qualche piccola accortezza avrebbe reso impeccabile il servizio: la password wifi scritta correttamente sull’apposito cartellino; le informazioni relative al check-out correttamente aggiornate in ogni punto (il foglietto di benvenuto riportava le 11:00 anziché le 10:30 come orario per lasciare la camera); fornire anche dei tappi per le orecchie per i rumori notturni, che inevitabilmente tendi a sentire viste le porte antiche che fanno filtrare i rumori dalla scala delle camere al civico 93, porte comunque bellissime!

it was quite near the town center
the advertised parking is 1km away from the hotel, the walls are paper-thin and you can heqr every move of the neighbours, the breakfast is average
