Great practical space for sleeping and simple food prep. Close to train station and short walk in to main part of town.
Location in general is excellent. As mentioned in previous reviews there were occasions where there were people loitering outside the door to the secure courtyard which did cause some wariness coming and going.

appartement très bien situé proche de la gare de Bologne. A 10 min à pied du centre. Possibilité de parking sur place dans la cour de l'immeuble moyennant supplément (très pratique). Nous y retournerons sans hésitation

Convenient location near Bologna Centrale Stazione. Quiet inside a court yard. Spacious apartment. Very helpful host.
The unit can be a bit warm in the evening as there is no cooling A/C.

The location near to the train station and not so far from the center
Everything is old inside:the bed, the sofa, chairs. The shower didn't stay in the support, the doors from the shower were broken. The socket was broken and is dangerous for the kids. I didn't like that you have to pay attention to the schedule for the garbage,otherwise you have to pay.
