Big room with two beds and private outside area with table and good seating. Good value for fan room but if you want a bit more comfort and maybe a view choose their air con rooms. But more steps to those. The small pool was a nice bonus but it doesn't get any sun so expect cold. But still nice. Mini breakfasts were included and pure water available. Nice people. When I left they thanked me for staying with them which was a nice touch.

At that price point I will not be critical, especially as all their rooms are probably a bit different..

With this price- this place is more than you can expect, in my opinion. Good location. Nice people. Cheap laundry. Small breakfast for your choice.

It's kinda old place. But with this money really no complaining

Kabera has an excellent location, very close to everything, which makes the stay extremely convenient. The staff is wonderful — always kind, attentive, helpful, collaborative, and flexible, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast offers a great variety of options to choose from, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting. I wish a Happy New Year to the entire team, filled with many achievements, success, and great accomplishments.

The only point I would mention is the fan in the room. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the specific room I stayed in or if the fan was simply older. It had five ceiling fan speed levels, but it only worked on level five and did not really ventilate — it was spinning, but without producing noticeable airflow. Because of the heat, I had to sleep with the door open every night to make it more comfortable. Another small point is the shower. I’m used to taking hot showers, and although the accommodation offers hot water, it didn’t seem to heat up properly during my stay. So I ended up taking very quick showers. For guests who are used to hot water, this might cause a bit of discomfort. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room or a general issue, and I could have asked the staff to check it, but since I stayed only three nights and arrived quite late every day, I didn’t end up requesting assistance. The pool area felt a bit cooler than Uluwatu, so the stay was not 100% uncomfortable, but I did regret choosing a room with only a fan due to the heat. On the positive side, the internet connection is excellent and works perfectly. I didn’t use the pool, but it looks very clean and well maintained — I personally saw the staff cleaning and treating it during my stay. At breakfast, some of the cutlery showed visible signs of wear, which can feel slightly uncomfortable if you’re used to higher-quality standards. Nothing that affected the experience significantly, but it’s something worth noting. Overall, considering the price and what is offered, the stay delivers 100% of its value.

Location and friendly staff, the made to order breakfast, the exterior was exquisite with beautiful carvings and decorations and the pool was only a couple of metres from our room. The outdoor patio was beautiful and nice to rest in and take calls in.

There was black mould on the ceiling, our linen was frayed and old and very thin, the aircon was loud, the bathroom was very basic (handheld shower in a bathtub) and the sink was very small. The mirror was old and has spots all over it so we couldn't use it.
