Queen Bisma Villa - 6BR Villa - 10 min walking to Ubud Center

1- Le logement est vraiment bien placé. Il y a des restaurants et petits commerces aux alentours et c’est à quelques minutes à pied de l’artère principale, ce qui est un grand plus car la circulation est interminable à Ubud. 2- La literie était propre et les lits très confortables. 3- Des petites bouteilles d’eau sont offertes chaque jour. 4- La piscine est grande et propre 5- Personnel très gentil

Je savais que l’hygiène de la salle de bain n’était pas leur fort à Bali. Je n’étais donc pas surprise de voir une douche pas propre. Il y a un effort à faire à ce sujet ; peut être en commençant par changer le pommeau de douche.

La proximité du centre ville et des restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pieds

Both my children got chemical burn on there toes from the chlorine granules used to clean pool. Mouldy curtains, mouldy mosquitos net, towels changed daily - however smelt like wet dog. Uncomfortable setting. Hard cracked plastic pool lounges. No privacy. Loud live music every night until midnight from restaurant (not attached to hotel). Pillows old and uncomfortable. Kmart style sheets. Loud gurgling noise from toilet when unit above flushed their toilet. Glass sliding doors hard to open and close, lock and unlock. There is so much better accommodation for the same price. This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. We left 2 days early because I no longer could deal with all the above
