Omly stayed one night, lovely room with separate area with sofa, spa facilities looked nice but no chance to use them this time
Bed was a bit soft and mattress sloped slightly to the middle. Breakfast should have been included.

The garden spa was amazing and the staff there were lovely.
A cleaner was outside of our room in the early morning and woke up us. This felt inconsiderate. The breakfast was also cold. For the venue style it would make sense to serve plated breakfast, rather than cold sausages in a buffet container.
There was leak stains on the ceiling that were not aesthetically pleasing.
