We (4 people) stayed for 1 night during our road trip. The host Catherine kindly reserved a free parking space for us and met us there with the keys. The two-room apartment was a pleasant surprise – spotlessly clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Guests have access to a well-maintained private garden with turtles. As a bonus, Catherine brought fresh croissants and baguettes at 7 AM as a gift, which was a lovely touch.
Summary: Both the apartment and host Catherine left the best impression – highly recommend!"

The location was as expected: somewhere in the middle between Dysneyland and Paris Center. The little garden was very nice. The owner had nice suggestions for how to get around Paris.
There were some points, we didn't expect:
- door to the toilet is very low! if you are higher than 1.60cm you will need to tilt your head not to hit the edge. And if you are over 1.80cm you will not be able to stand straight inside the toilet room.
- the extra bed for two (we have booked a place for 4 people) was a folding bed in the kitchen next to the rather loud refrigerator and under the window without dark curtains. We put kids there, it was tolerable, but for the adults who sleep a bit thiner - will not work at all.
- also the second bed had dirty sheets (they were change on our request though, so no problem in the end).
- the whole apartment was very small for 4 people. there was no place for luggage for all of us. I think it would be perfect for two though.
- we got breakfast: 300ml Milk, 4 portions of butter and marmelade and two cornflackes individual packages (I think 24gr...) and fresh bread+croissants. It would be very nice, excpet it was the amount for ALL THREE DAYS. Except for bread and croissants (they were fresh daily) we had no refills. We are not the excessive coffee drinkers, otherwise coffee would be gone faster than 3 days as well. So keep in mind, you might need to go shoping to have enough for breakfast.
