It was wonderful! The room was excellent, restaurant was great, included spa time was such as bonus and having gym access. Great location too.

the main building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious
the staff feels "stingy". most amenities are available only if you ask for them. when we asked if they could provide a bottle of water for the room, we were told to drink the water from the tap. parking is not complementary for guests... Also, instead of the rooms in the main building (featured on the Booking.com page, with wood beams and most probably more atmosphere), we were placed in a secondary building, across the street, where the ambience is a bit colder. the shower doesnt have a door, and the poor design means that the bathroom is flooded everytime you take a shower.
