Unfortunately due to a family bereavement I was unable to go. However, the hotel were very kind to rearrange the dates free of charge which I’m very grateful about. Would deffo recommend & looking forward to my rearranged visit

There weren’t enough staff despite the premises being rammed full. The staff simply couldn’t cope. We were unable to sleep during our two night stay due to mice scratching behind the headboard all night. We reported the problem twice but didn’t get any apology or feedback from the owner/management.
