The location a block or two from the bus and tram. Short walk to
Princess street then across the bridge to Old Town. We had an issue with the heat that couldn’t be resolved that night so the guy that came to check on it went out and found 2 heaters for us at 22:00 on a Sunday night. The response time and follow up of the office staff was exceptional and really appreciated.
We asked for a room that at the back to avoid street noise and the KFC smells others had mentioned. There was some type of heat? unit that ran most of the time, however it was more like white noise so not too noticeable. It would not deter us from staying there again.

Spotless apartment, well equipped, excellent location. Nice and quiet. Will book again.
View could have been a little better, but we looked up instead of down, to avoid the sight of the bins outside. :-)

Great location and easy access. The shower was great and had what you needed in the kitchen.
The heating was set too high and we couldn’t change it. Couldn’t sleep as it was too stuffy and the portable fan which had to be on was feet noisy.

It was smack bang in the middle of the city centre, it was toasty warm with good transport links to Murrayfield
The bed was way too soft for both me and my Husband it was crippling our backs so never had a decent sleep all the time we were there. But the worst thing was the smell from the extractor fan from KFC … I felt quite nauseated for the three days that I stayed there.
