The location was perfect! Right by the train station and a bus stop to ride to the leaning tower without having to walk.

Great facilities, central location (less then 5 mins from the train station and about 20 minutes walking from the airport), friendly staff, access to a balcony!

Good location. Easy to get around.
When we were in the rooms two men came up to the lobby and they didn’t identify who they were and were very rude. I texted the rental lady and she said at first that there was no one else supposed to be there but us and that she would find out who they were and she texted back that there were workers send by the owner. The bathrooms were outside of the rooms to share with other people. This was weird for us because in USA I have never seen this.. I think if the two men had identified themselves at the beguiling it would not have been weird but they were very rude. Other than that everything was ok
