The leaning Tower was at the back of the hotel,3 mins walk ,& 15 to 20 mins walk from Pisa central train station

Pisa was my first destination in Italy, and the lovely interior of the room just have me the authentic Italian vibe that i was hoping to feel. The hotel is also just few meters away from the tower. The boy receptionist when we check in was very nice and accommodating, but the lady receptionist who was present when we check out was abit rude and wasn’t very friendly

I checked out from Camera 14 on 26th June at 7.30 am.
When I was in toll road on my way to Rome, I noticed that my earbuds were left behind in the room.
I tried chat with Agoda but Agoda suggested me to email or call directly the hotel. I did email but until today none from Helvetia had replied my email.
