L’appartement vicino al mare in 3 mn c’è arriviamo e abbiamo trovato il parcheggio Loretta piano 0 un po’ caro ma vicinissimo al nostro alloggio 🥰
Erano pochi giorni ma c’è siamo divertiti tantissimo!
Mancava un finestrino nella camera da letto che entrava la luce la notte 😴 da aggiustare.

The area around the apartment is mostly flat. When we arrived we did go up a very steep hill unnecessarily because Mario did not communicate at all after repeated messages. Monterosso is wonderful if you avoid being there 11AM-6PM, when it is flooded with tourists (even in April which is like August, locals say).
Upon arrival in Monterosso, our GPS led us up a very steep set of stone stairs (with luggage) and then down again to a street that could have easily been arrived at by going through a relatively level pedestrian tunnel. Mario, the apartment manager, could easily advise his guests about this, but he NEVER answered any of our messages with questions. When we arrived, a kind man at the bakery across from the entrance door led us to an Enoteca up the street where Mario works. The facility needs updating. It is directly above two restaurants, so table conversations can be heard until 11PM closing. The packages for coffee resulted in darkened water, not coffee, so we had to buy coffee each of our five days there at the bakery (also directly below the apartment). There was insufficient toilet paper. The TV is miniscule and should have a manual for operation (you need two remotes to operate it) as does the washing machine. There is almost no cutlery and the ladderback chairs are extremely uncomfortable.
