Beautiful room and a fantastic location; especially if you want to go shopping. Very polite, informed staff. Excellent value for money when considering the discounts in their F&B outlets.
Breakfast was very busy and we seemed to be served by about 6 different staff, none of whom knew what the previous had been told.

Gorgeous rooms with comfortable beds. We spent time at the spa facility which was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. A most luxurious place.

The location, how the staff handled the crowd
For a place with construction around the price has to be lower. I just stayed for 1 night and I didn’t have the time to inspect the place, when I came back late night I found the unclean cover. Couldn’t call to change anything was very tired to argue.
