Really pleased with my stay here. Staff were fantastic and rooms were cleaned daily.
Only downside is no gym or pool.

We stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed all aspects of it. Our latest stay has been disappointing especially the room that we were allocated which was No 27.
The bedding did not appear to fit the bed itself, the pillows did not fill the pillow cases and the decorative cushions were badly needing to be replaced. In the bathroom the door handle was hanging off and the shower head bracket did not support the shower head itself. There was also a coat hanger missing, only 2 while brackets for 3.
We trust that these comments will be forwarded to the management as we are sure that they will be keen to address them.
