Very nice hotel in a good location with access to the beach, very comfortable and clean room, breakfast timings allows the dining area not to be overly full which is a great idea. Would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Paid £225 for a deluxe room with side sea view. All we could see from our small window was trees and caravans! Complained to reception, no apology given as I had booked through a third party! Was advised if I had booked directly with them I would have received a better price also. I train staff in the hospitality industry and I was appalled at the way this situation was handled. I feel that the room was no not deluxe either. Food selection in restaurant was limited and felt cold in the dining area. I called prior to arriving and was told that the spa was in their sister hotel in Leven if you wanted a massage. Very disappointed with everything, customer service is something that their staff do not understand. We were considering this as a wedding venue definitely now off our list.
