This hotel has surpassed my expectations. First and foremost, the location is wonderful, 15 minutes walking distance from the Old Port, where everything essential about Marseille is, and 20 minutes walking from the Saint-Charles station, where connects Marseille with everywhere. Secondly, from the reception, the facilities, to the breakfast every morning, everything together had made our Marseille trip extra special and definitely worth the time.
If I had to be picky, the room was centrally air-conditioned a little bit too warm and I had to open the window to let the cold air in, yet somehow one mosquito seized the opportunity to join the night.

Its location was good. The place was clean
I needed to store my suitcases for the day while in Marsaille. The desk flatly refuses and that surprised me somewhat. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that refused that favor.

Good comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, clean enough and close to the old port for exploring.
It’s a shame you can’t really open the curtains as it looks directly onto apartments, it made it feel as though there was no window.

the treatment and kindness of the staff
Of the three nights I spent, only one did they change towels and clean my room. Then I had to go to reception for the towels.
