Appartement très propre et cosy, situé à proximité du vieux Lille. Quartier calme. Bon rapport qualité prix et propriétaire très professionnel.

Qualité de l’aménagement intérieur
Nettoyage partiel (miettes à terre, sur les tables, dans le frigo). Casseroles et poêles mal nettoyées et totalement rayées. Télévision en panne et pas de solution ou de compensation de la part du propriétaire.

Forte odeur de tabac malgré l'interdiction de fumer affichée dans le logement Pas de poubelles adaptées pour le tri.
