Très bon emplacement car nous avions pris cette location de façon à ne pas être loin du Complexe Sportif Norbert Segard pour une compétition à Lambersart. 20 minutes à pieds sans s'inquiéter de pouvoir se garer autour du complexe... Encore merci.
Les petites bordures qui longent le petit patio dehors ne sont pas scellées et sont un peu dangereuses pour les enfants comme pour les grands. Un de nos enfants a glissé par deux fois dessus et est tombé. Idem pour les dalles de bord.

L’emplacement, le parking privatif, le prix Machine à laver + lessive à disposition Kit d’accueil (sel, poivre, beurre, café, thé, gâteau)
Le bruit du parquet du voisin du dessus … Quelques poussières (rien de grave) De la boue au niveau de la place de parking (rien de grave)
